Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, and will send via a service which can get your products to you within 2 - 4 business days of shipping.  We are just a small family business, we don't have an army of warehouse workers just waiting for the printer to chuck out labels, so on occasion there may be a slight delay.  If you're ordering for a special occasion, consider ordering early.  If there is going to be any significant delays we will get in touch so that you can choose how you wish to proceed.

WE WILL USE RECYCLED PACKAGING WHERE POSSIBLE.  THIS ISN'T US BEING CHEAP, THERE JUST SEEMS LITTLE POINT IN ONLY USING CARDBOARD BOXES ONCE!!

Nucleus Colonies - We will contact you to arrange delivery.  These will only be sent via Royal Mail special delivery for delivery before 1pm.  For that reason we will talk to you before sending to make sure that you will be able to receive them.  

Queen orders - These will also be sent out by Royal Mail special delivery.  In the queen rearing season we will dispatch daily for orders received before 10am.  Please see the Queen section for more details in the season (May'ish to August'ish)

LOCAL DELIVERY - We will deliver to NR12, NR28 and NR29 postcodes for free on orders over £15.00  Please allow 3 business days for delivery and add a safe place into the delivery instructions of your order in case you're not in when we get there.
