Wildflower Honey

Our Wildflower Honey is collected by our bees after the Spring Honey has been pulled from the hives. This means that it's a mixture of all kinds of forage depending on what has been flowering and offering nectar in our Norfolk Broads area.  The honey is cold filtered to remove particles of wax etc, but we leave in all the good stuff like the dozens of different pollen types which the bees will have found.

Jars contain 340g or 12oz of honey.
